Evaluation Stage
Contact us with details about the product you want to seal. We will lead you through a series of questions designed to properly assess: The Container, The Contents, The Current Sealing Process (if any), Your Throughput Requirements, Packaging Processes Before and After the Sealing Process, Any Problems you have identified, Skill level of the operators
As we gather the above details, we will likely require pictures of your container, your caps (if there are caps - Note we also offer capless induction sealing solutions), any existing sealing material, your existing production process.
We will evaluate and discuss the above items before we move onto the next stage: Suggested Solutions and Budget Proposals.

Solutions and Budget Proposals
We will provide you a quote for the material cost/machinery and shipping for product solution based on our discussion.
You can ask questions regarding the product solutions that we have suggested and workout every possible scenarios you can think of to help you save money on your projects.
We will wait for the budget approval before we move onto the next stage: Samples and Testing.
Order Fulfilment Process #3
Samples & Testing
For cap liners, you will order samples and provide two options: either we send you the sample liners or you will send us your containers for testing with our proposed liner material. We will upload the videos and pictures of the actual tests in a gallery that we will set up for you.
Next step is to answer any inquiries you may have after you have watched the videos and images in the gallery. When you find that everything is to your satisfaction, we will move to the next stage: Payment and Shipping.

Payment and Shipping
After we made sure that everything is working with your containers and/or materials, the customer will settle the balance per agreed terms to include mode of shipping.
We will then arrange and monitor the shipment for you, until it safely reach your location.
As you can see in our process, we handle all the heavy lifting of the supply chain logistics. The sale does not end with you, our customer, buying a product from us. We do not rest until we are sure that the product you bought from us is the best solution for your business and it arrives safely to your doorstep. Now, that is a world class service!

Product Packaging in the Philippines
We are catering to Philippine customer base and we have a support office presence in Clark, Pampanga. Our customers can receive information and product brochures. We can also answer questions and assist you with your inquiries and receive samples for assessment.
